that do not meet all Submission Requirements will be disqualified.
No refunds will be made for disqualified submissions.
DEADLINE
All submissions must be uploaded onto this Web site NO LATER
THAN 5:00 pm CST MONDAY, JANUARY 14, 2008.
UPLOADING FILES
You may add and remove files as frequently as necessary
prior to the submission deadline, however all files must
be received by the final deadline. Any files uploaded
after this deadline will be disqualified and deleted
without being viewed. Submissions may NOT be delivered
in person or by mail. You must include your Registration
Number on all files.
ANONYMITY
Submissions shall have no name or mark that in any way
identifies the project or competitor, other than the Registration
Number assigned to competitors upon completion of registration.
PRESENTATION
BOARD(1) – Item
# 1
Competitors shall submit one digital file for a single
30” x 40” board in a vertical/portrait
format (long side vertical, short side horizontal). The
file must be high resolution for exhibition and publication
purposes and should be at least 150 dpi.
Scale and placement of drawings
listed below are at the discretion of the competitor.
The entrant’s competition
Registration Number (which will be sent upon completion
of the registration and payment of the registration fee)
must appear on the board in the upper right hand corner
in either 36-point plain black text on a white background
or 36-point plain white text on a black background.

Five additional horizontal/landscape
(short side vertical, long side horizontal) files are
required for jury presentation and possible publication.
Each of these files should be at least 150 dpi.
All submissions must include the following:

A text statement of no more than 250 words describing the
project concept and design intent must be uploaded as
a separate file in a Microsoft Word compatible (.doc)
file.
English is the official language of the competition and
only statements in English will be accepted.
REQUIRED BUDGET – Item
# 8
A 99K Budget spreadsheet (click
here to download) must
be completed and uploaded as an Excel (.xls) file.
FILES, SIZE
+ FORMAT
Files must be uploaded in the following formats:
1. One
30" x
40" pdf at 150 dpi of the presentation board
(vertical/portrait
orientation)
2-6. One 11" x 17" pdf
at 150 dpi for each of the five required drawings (horizontal/landscape
orientation)
7. One
Microsoft Word compatible (.doc) file of the project description
in 250 words or less.
8. One
Excel (.xls) file of the Budget spreadsheet with all blanks
filled.
Please do not submit any of the eight
required items in any other format than requested above.
FILE NAMING
All files will be named with the
Registration Number assigned upon completion
of registration, followed by an underscore, followed
by the name of the file as shown below. Files for
registrant 000000 would be labeled as follows:

DISCLAIMER
The competition organizers are not liable for lost, misdirected,
or late entries. Decisions of the jury represent the
professional judgments of its members and not the opinion
of the competition organizers. All prizes will be awarded
at the discretion of the competition organizers, and
all decisions are final. While it is their intent to
construct the winning scheme of Stage II, the organizers
reserve the right to not proceed with construction for
any reason.
